- 50ml Haig Clubman
- 75ml Ginger Beer
- 75ml Apple juice
- Lime wedge
- Highball
- Cubed ice
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice
- Stir briefly, garnish and serve.
