Whisky and soda water brought up to date with aromatic bitters to suit every Haig Club drinker.

Recipe

  • 50 ml Haig Club
  • 100ml Soda Water
  • 2 Dashes of Bitters (Ginger, Orange Blosom Water or Rosewater)

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients into a highball glass over cubed ice
  2. Garnished with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig.

Alcohol content: 15.8g per serve
