An Indian-inspired delicacy! Tanqueray Rangpur Gin with fresh lemon juice, cream, egg white and orange flower water. Shaken til foamy and served neat in a snifter with a splash of soda water...fragrant, fizzy and phenomenal!

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Tanqueray Rangpur Gin
  • 25 ml Lemon juice
  • 25 ml Cream
  • 50 ml Simple syrup
  • 1 Whole egg white
  • 5 Drops orange flower water
  • 1 Splash soda water

PREPARATION:

  1. Shake and strain into a snifter
  2. No ice
  3. Top with soda water.

Alcohol content: 16.3g per serve
