Tropical and creamy combination of Pampero Especial Rum, coconut cream and pineapple.

Recipe

  • 50ml Pampero Especial rum
  • 25ml Coco Lopez (or other coconut syrup)
  • 25ml Cream
  • 75ml Pineapple juice

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice
  4. Garnish with a fresh pineapple chunk and a cocktail umbrella.

Alcohol content: 15.8g per serve
