
Tropical and creamy combination of Pampero Especial Rum, coconut cream and pineapple.
Recipe
- 50ml Pampero Especial rum
- 25ml Coco Lopez (or other coconut syrup)
- 25ml Cream
- 75ml Pineapple juice
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple chunk and a cocktail umbrella.
