Pampero Mojito

Enjoy Pampero Oro Rum with mint, lemon juice, a little sugar and soda.

Recipe

  • 50ml Pampero Oro
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 8-10 Mint leaves
  • Splash of soda water

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients in a highball glass
  2. Fill half way with cubed ice and churn / stir to combine
  3. Top with splash of soda and more ice as needed
  4. Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wedge.
