
Cool down with this Southern style Mojito! Myers's Platinum Rum with peach liqueur, peach puree, ginger syrup, mint and fresh lime...over ice with a splash of ginger beer...a vibrant sip of summer!
RECIPE
- 35 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
- 10 ml Stirrings Peach Flavoured Liqueur
- 50 ml Ginger ale
- 25 ml Peach puree
- 15 ml Ginger syrup
- 10 ml Lime
- 3 Mint leaves
PREPARATION:
- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
- Shake well
- Strain into an ice filled glass
- Top with ginger ale or ginger beer
- Garnish with peach and/or mint.
