Peach & Ginger Mojito

Cool down with this Southern style Mojito! Myers's Platinum Rum with peach liqueur, peach puree, ginger syrup, mint and fresh lime...over ice with a splash of ginger beer...a vibrant sip of summer!

RECIPE

  • 35 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
  • 10 ml Stirrings Peach Flavoured Liqueur
  • 50 ml Ginger ale
  • 25 ml Peach puree
  • 15 ml Ginger syrup
  • 10 ml Lime
  • 3 Mint leaves

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into an ice filled glass
  4. Top with ginger ale or ginger beer
  5. Garnish with peach and/or mint.

Alcohol content: 12.4g per serve
