Roast Chestnut Martini

The toasted nutty notes of Haig Club are amplified by this classic seasonal flavour, while a pinch of salt creates full-bodied intensity.

RECIPE

  • 50 ml Haig Club
  • 10 ml Simple syrup
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 10 ml Chestnut syrup
  • 1 Pinch sea salt

PREPARATION:

  1. Shaken over cubed ice and fine strained into a coupe glass
  2. Garnished with a small bowl of roasted honey cashew.
