- 50 ml Haig Club
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 10 ml Chestnut syrup
- 1 Pinch sea salt
PREPARATION:
- Shaken over cubed ice and fine strained into a coupe glass
- Garnished with a small bowl of roasted honey cashew.
