Rose Fizz

The Haig Club takes on the classic champagne cocktail, served in a tall flute.

RECIPE

  • 25 ml Haig Club
  • 1-2 Drops rosewater
  • 1 Sugar cube
  • 100 ml brut champagne

PREPARATION:

  1. Drop the sugar cube into a champagne flute
  2. Add the drops of rose water
  3. Pour in the Haig Club to cover the sugar cube
  4. Top up with the champagne
  5. Express a grapefruit zest over the top and discarded.
