
A modern take on a holiday classic, with a celebratory twist: Haig Club and champagne combine in an effervescent snowstorm.
RECIPE
- 35 ml Haig Club
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 10 ml Oloroso sherry
- 40 ml champagne
PREPARATION:
- Shake over ice
- Strain into a flute
- Top up with champagne
- Express a lemon zest into the flute and discarded
- Grate nutmeg over the top.
