
Tanqueray is mixed with lime and mint in this fresh, herby cocktail.
RECIPE
- 50ml Tanqueray
- 25ml Lime juice
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 60ml Soda water
- Mint sprig
- Highball glass
- Crushed ice
PREPARATION
- Slap the mint and add to a highball glass
- Half fill the glass with crushed ice, add the other ingredients
- Stir to mix, cap with more crushed ice
- Garnish and serve.
