Tanqueray is mixed with lime and mint in this fresh, herby cocktail.

RECIPE

  • 50ml Tanqueray
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 60ml Soda water
  • Mint sprig
  • Highball glass
  • Crushed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Slap the mint and add to a highball glass
  2. Half fill the glass with crushed ice, add the other ingredients
  3. Stir to mix, cap with more crushed ice
  4. Garnish and serve.
