
Set sail for the Far East with this enticing elixir! Myers's Platinum Rum with ginger liqueur, orange juice and blood orange puree on the rocks with a splash of soda...take a sip and feel those warm trade winds blowing.
RECIPE
- 50 ml Myers's Platinum Rum
- 10 ml Stirrings Ginger Flavoured Liqueur
- 15 ml Blood orange puree
- 25 ml Orange
- 10 ml Orgeat syrup
- 25 ml Club soda
PREPARATION:
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in an ice filled shaker
- Shake well and strain into an ice filled Collins glass
- Top with the club soda
- Garnish with lime spaghetti or blood orange. <
