Sophisticated and simple at the same time with a complex flavour that makes the perfect aperitif. Popular all over the world and de rigueur during aperitivo hour in Milan.

RECIPE

  • 25ml Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange zest
  • Rock glass
  • Cubed ice 

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
  2. Stir to mix
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over
  4. Garnish and serve.

Alcohol content: 15.6g per serve.
