
Tanqueray Malacca Gin plays a key role in this delicious classic cocktail, with a fruity twist on the classic black bramble.
RECIPE
- 45mL Tanqueray Malacca Gin
- 22mL Lemon Juice
- 15mL Simple Syrup
- 10mL Crème de Cassis Blackcurrant Liqueur
PREPARATION
- Pour first three ingredients over crushed ice in a rocks glass
- Stir to combine
- Add more crushed ice, top with crème de cassis blackcurrant liqueur, a paper straw, thin lemon wheel and bushy mint sprig.
