The Big Smoke

Let Ginger beer with its spicy, sweet notes complement the smoky maritime flavours in Talisker.

RECIPE

  • 50ml Talisker
  • 60ml Ginger beer
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Orange twist
  • Martini glass
  • No ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
  2. Stir and strain into a martini glass
  3. Garnish and serve.
