Vincent's Ruin

Prepare your palate to be dazzled! A mesmerising blend of Bulleit 95 Rye Whiskey with elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon and a dash of orange bitters. Served over ice in an absinthe-rinsed glass… a true work of art!

RECIPE

  • 35 ml Bulleit 95 Rye Whiskey
  • 10 ml Elderflower liqueur
  • 25 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml Simple syrup
  • 1 Dash of orange bitters
  • Rinse of absinthe

PREPARATION:

  1. Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe and discard excess liquid
  2. Add ice
  3. In an ice filled shaker combine all the ingredients
  4. Shake vigorously
  5. Strain into the ice-filled rocks glass
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Alcohol content: 14.4g per serve
