RECIPE
- 35 ml Bulleit 95 Rye Whiskey
- 10 ml Elderflower liqueur
- 25 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 1 Dash of orange bitters
- Rinse of absinthe
PREPARATION:
- Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe and discard excess liquid
- Add ice
- In an ice filled shaker combine all the ingredients
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into the ice-filled rocks glass
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
