
An exotic summertime cocktail with Ron Zacapa 23 rum, passionfruit, almond and fresh lime.
Recipe
- 45ml Zacapa 23 Year Old
- 15ml Myers Dark Rum
- 15ml Triple Sec
- 30ml Passion Fruit Puree
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Almond syrup
- 2 Dashes of Angustura Bitters
Preparation
- Add ingredients to shaker
- Shake and strain over fresh crushed ice into a rocks glass
- Garnish with Mint Sprig and half orange slice.
