Tanqueray is mixed with Blackberry and sloe gin in this delicious Bramble twist.

RECIPE

  • 25ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 25ml Sloe Gin
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 12.5ml Sugar syrup
  • 12.5ml Crème de Mure
  • Soda water to fill
  • Lemon wedge & 2 blackberries
  • Highball glass
  • Crushed ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add the two gins, lemon, sugar and soda to a Highball glass filled with crushed ice and mix through with a bar spoon
  2. Cap with more crushed ice
  3. Drizzle the crème de mure through the surface to create a bleeding effect
  4. Garnish and serve.
