
Tanqueray is mixed with Blackberry and sloe gin in this delicious Bramble twist.
RECIPE
- 25ml Tanqueray Gin
- 25ml Sloe Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 12.5ml Sugar syrup
- 12.5ml Crème de Mure
- Soda water to fill
- Lemon wedge & 2 blackberries
- Highball glass
- Crushed ice
PREPARATION
- Add the two gins, lemon, sugar and soda to a Highball glass filled with crushed ice and mix through with a bar spoon
- Cap with more crushed ice
- Drizzle the crème de mure through the surface to create a bleeding effect
- Garnish and serve.
