A big, tiki way to enjoy Bulleit Bourbon. Light and very flavoursome.

RECIPE

  • 40ml Bulleit Bourbon
  • 10ml Zacapa 23
  • 10ml Vanilla liqueur
  • 40ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Almond Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Black Pepper
  • Orange wedge and mint sprig
  • Highball
  • Cubed Ice

PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake to mix and strain in a highball glass filled with ice
  3. Garnish by cracking the black pepper over the orange segment and serve.

Alcohol content: 17.8g per serve.
