A big, tiki way to enjoy Bulleit Bourbon. Light and very flavoursome.
- 40ml Bulleit Bourbon
- 10ml Zacapa 23
- 10ml Vanilla liqueur
- 40ml Pineapple Juice
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Almond Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Black Pepper
- Orange wedge and mint sprig
- Cubed Ice
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake to mix and strain in a highball glass filled with ice
- Garnish by cracking the black pepper over the orange segment and serve.
