
Zacapa Ambar is mixed with mint and lime in this refreshingly tasty classic.
RECIPE
- 50ml Zacapa Ámbar
- 15ml Lime juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 8 – 10 Fresh mint leaves
- 30ml Soda
- Mint sprig
- Highball glass
- Crushed ice
PREPARATION
- Slap mint leaves into a highball glass
- Half fill with crushed ice, add rum, Lime, Sugar syrup and soda and mix through with a bar spoon
- Cap with more crushed ice
- Garnish and serve.
