
Un favorito italiano con un dulce beso irlandés! un cogelado deleite de expreso congelado con azúcar lleno con Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur y una cáscara de limón...Bella, Bella!
RECIPE
- 70 ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
- 125 ml Espresso
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Twist lemon zest
PREPARATION:
- Dissolve the sugar in the espresso
- Pour into a small plastic container and freeze until solid
- Once frozen, scrape the frozen espresso mixture with a fork or knife to make ice crystals
- Spoon the crystals into a glass and add Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
- Top with a lemon zest twist.
